A decision that it’s time for a change, and then to take one small step in a new direction.

That first all-important step may mean a few minutes a day for a quiet cup of tea or coffee. It may mean taking the time to read or listen to scripture each day. It could even be a couple of extra minutes in the bathroom as you get ready to breathe slowly and deeply.
